Your sales associate went beyond the call of duty to assist me and I truly appreciate her and I needed to let her superiors know. We don't appreciate good service enough and when we receive it, we need to say thank you for being courteous and concerened. I am a firm believer in giving people their flowers while they live. It is diffiult at best to get good service and your sales clerk, Heather was extremely friendly, helpful and provided service with a smile. She is a rare jewel. I wanted one of the infant Santa suits, but I wanted one larger than a 12 mth. I questioned her about the size and if she thought the Carolina Beach Road might have a larger size and she immediately called over to check it for me. They hung up on her and she immediately called back with no hesitation and without getting perturbed. I appreciated her being persistent and following through. Thank you Heather for saving me gas and some extra steps. I hope this e-mail reaches the proper manager and they will thank her again and encourage her to keep up the good work. A job well done!!! I have often wondered why I prefer the Market Street store to the Carolina Beach Store. It is certainly a lot farther from me than the other. I thought it was better inventory, but now I know it is the customer service that keeps me coming back. | |

I attempted to use the facilities restrooms to be absolutely horrified! Feces and urine on the floors, toilet bowls.. when confronting the qualified ''manager'' her response was to not use them. | |

The prices are unbeatable there, and the infrequent times I do go in, the staff is great- especially the ladies at the cash register- sweet older ladies. I like shopping at high end places too, but Roses is in a category by itself- you need to see that. | |
