Although I love the dresses A Carolina Wedding carries, this place has some SERIOUS organizational and customer service problems. Either they don't keep good records or they just don't care because I felt like I constantly had to call to check up on my order to make sure everything with my order was on track (which it often wasn't). Several times when I called I got incorrect information or the person I was speaking with had no idea what was going on with my order, which is VERY SCARY when its your wedding dress and your wedding date is creeping up.

People here would tell me they would call me back and then wouldn't or I would leave messages (during business hours) that would go unanswered.

This store caused me stress I would have rather avoided before my wedding.
