Review Guidelines
Basic Review Guidelines:

Your review should focus on specific aspects of the business you are reviewing. Do not simply state you liked or disliked the business - be specific.

The best reviews include not only whether you liked or disliked a business' products or service, but also why.

DO NOT TYPE IN ALL CAPS!

Do not mention competing company names in your reviews. Focus on the company you are reviewing, and if you wish, leave a review about the other companies on their directory listings.

Do not comment on other reviews - respect their position and write your own, but do not argue with others.

Do not use profanity or post spiteful remarks.

Do not write a review that is less than 50 words in length. The goal of a review is to share your experiences with a particular company - very short reviews do not accomplish this.

Do not post phone numbers, email addresses or URLs.

Do not post inflammatory reviews - stop and put yourself in the shoes of the owner of the business you are posting about.

Do not post many reviews about one business. Doing this will cause all of your reviews to be deleted.

Remember, you are responsible for your words.

Adding new reviews is currently disabled while we work on launching a new website.

Disappinted
By Guest on 2/9/2009
I recently took my pet for his annual check up and rabies vaccination. The animal in the room before us was apparently very ill so the room was being cleaned with bleach before we went in. A few days after our visit, my pet was not acting himself and as the days passed, it became aparent that he had developed a urinary infection. My first reaction was to call them to make find out what was wrong with the other animal in the room ahead of us. I was told it was not contagious and that I should bring my pet back. When I told them that I could not afford the quoted $100 return visit at this time, they told me that if I could not afford to let them treat my pet - that I could drop him off and they would take care of him and find him a new home. Let's face it a few antibiotics and if he is not better in a few days get back with us would have been a little more compassionate response. Call me crazy, but to suggest that I should just drop him off so they could give him away is a bit of a heartless response to me. I am very disappointed in their heartless solution!!!

A year of terrible pain.
By Guest on 10/19/2008
Dr. P immediately diagnosed my 15 year old standard poodle with severe tooth and gum infection that my prior physician did not, regardless of several my visits on my part. She and her staff are the most empathetic and skilled veterinary clinic I have had the good fortune to associate with. And, by the way, my seriously ill dog is doing very well!

Best Vet in town!!!!
By a Guest Reviewer
Dr. Gerianne Pandalfi (aka Dr. P) and her staff have given our family the best in care that I have ever experienced. For many of us our pets are more than just pets to us, they are our friends, children, and confidaunts. Dr. P has taken the time with me to explain exactly what a dhlpp shot is and why my dogs should recieve this shot once a year, where as previous vets that I've delt with and even worked for have not taken the time with people to explain why it is so important to make sure all of your pet vaccines are up to date and why they need them. She has truly shown to me that she is a veterinarian because she loves what she does and the difference she makes and is not in it just for a paycheck. Thank you to the staff of Four Oaks Pet Hospital. You will always be in our hearts.
