Kat's operator was very rude. I had to call several times in order to get an answer and once i finally did the operator was very rude and hung up very quickly.

Great Service

My friends and I used Kat's Taxi last weekend and had a great experience. We had Jim pick us up to take us out, and he gave us his card with his personal cell phone number. When it was time to go home, we called Jim back and he showed up to get us and drive us home. He even stopped at the gas station for one of my friends on the way, even though the meter stops when the car stops. We now have Jim's business card hanging on the fridge and will call him again when we need a ride.

Kats Taxi has the best service of any cab company I've used in N.C. They were prompt and the vehicles were in excellent condition.
