At first they seem to very nice but do not be fooled. The only good thing about it was my first driver Mike. He was very nice. I reserved the 14 person stretch limo for my wedding. They called me the day before my wedding to inform me that the limo I reserved would not be available for my pickup at the end of the night. They double booked my limo. They sent a 10 person limo instead which was not big enough for my wedding party so some of them had to find alternate rides back to the hotel.
When the 14 person limo came to pick us up before the wedding, one of the windows tinting was missing, there were broken glass holders, and the limo did not seem to be in very good shape at all (not what I was expecting). I dealt with the inconveniences and did not complain because it was my wedding day and didn't want anything to ruin it for me.
So the wedding was great, everything was beautiful and the night was coming to an end. Someone had informed me that the limo was outside to pick us up. So I was saying good bye to my guests(most of which traveled very far to get here) on the way out. I was then approached by the limo driver, which I believe was the owner, and she said I had to hurry up because she had to pick up another party downtown. At this point I was starting to get very angry. I was told I had the limo for an hour and the hotel we were getting dropped off at was 30 minutes away, which means I had 20 more minutes of extra time. But since they double booked this limo as well, I had to be rushed out of my own wedding. When we got to the hotel we had the limo for a total of 45 minutes.
When I got back from my honeymoon and checked my finances I saw that they had charged me an extra $89.00. By the way, they just charged me without even notifying me. So when I called to question it they said it was charged because I wasn't ready at the time I said for them to be there(I took 15 minutes to say goodbyes). Although I was still under my hour that I had reserved, they still charged me extra.
These people can not be trusted. They were very rude to me when I called to question the charge. I am now in contact with my credit card company to have the charge removed from my statement.
