They do not know how to press drapes! My drapes came back looking worse than when I took them in. They weren't even pressed at the pleats. Awful job.

They provided excellent service and were friendly. On top of that I learned they use a product that is enviromently friendly, no chemicals, unlike all other Wilmington cleaners. That makes me feel good as well!
