Terrible. I took in 2 things to get cleaned and never got them back, then they had the nerve to say that I misplaced them. So I am out my cleaning and am not getting reimbursed!!! Terrible, find another cleaners!

Saved my Dress!

I don't take things to the dry cleaners very often, but went to the 6845 Market Street location with a dress with some stains on it. I didn't have much hope that they could save it, but I picked it up and not only was it cheaper than I was expecting, ALL of the stains were gone! Thanks!

Disappointing. The first and only time I've used them I took 7 dress shirts and a pair of pants to be cleaned overnight. I returned to pick them up the next day and they gave me 4 shirts. I asked where the rest of my order was and they said to check back tomorrow. I did, and the next day and the next. After a lot of skirting the issue, they finally admitted to losing my shirts. Ok, that happens. So, as requested I wait 2 weeks to see if anyone returns them as they accidentally got stuck with another order. Don't hear a thing from the manager who claims will keep me informed. So, 3 weeks later I submit a claim to be reimbursed. They were difficult with me claiming it will take another few weeks for me to see my money. I'm still waiting, calling and being put on hold daily looking for an authority figure to speak with to get reimbursed. Overall, they were nice enough regarding the clothes I actually received, but remain a thorn in my side as far as claiming responsibility for their error. Hopefully this is a rare occurence, but nonetheless to me its the quality of customer service when things go awry that really matters.
