the food is good but the service is terrible as it took me 15 minutes to eat my food and an hour to wait for my check. and with the parking meters making me watch the clock, im not only waiting for my check but hoping i dont get a parking ticket for the poor service.

''I have tried all the Bagel shops in town and the Bagel basket is the best -hands down. Atmosphere is not what you look for in a bagel shop, just good bagels. At other places the bagels are chewy or hard or doughy. These are just right. Most of the staff is nice enough but could use some customer service training, but once again, I go for the bagels....''
