''This was a nice hotel and in the neighbourhood of our appointments. It helps to have Kerr Rd to get to Oleander Drive and thus avoid the heavy traffic near the shopping centers. ''Dirty - Cockroach lying dead in restaurant. Chairs in hotel room stained and dirty. Carpet torn in bedroom. Comforters had holes in them. Bedroom ceiling was peeling. Ceiling tiles falling down over Ice Machines.
Service - Asked for extra towels and was told there was noone who could deliver them to the room. Had to go to reception and pick them up.
Location - Close to busy road & shops. Not very pretty.
