''My friends and I used Kat's Taxi last weekend and had a great experience. We had Jim pick us up to take us out, and he gave us his card with his personal cell phone number. When it was time to go home, we called Jim back and he showed up to get us and drive us home. He even stopped at the gas station for one of my friends on the way, even though the meter stops when the car stops. We now have Jim's business card hanging on the fridge and will call him again when we need a ride....''

''My experience was terrible. At first they seem to very nice but do not be fooled. The only good thing about it was my first driver Mike. He was very nice. I reserved the 14 person stretch limo for my wedding. They called me the day before my wedding to inform me that the limo I reserved would not be available for my pickup at the end of the night. They double booked my limo. They sent a 10 person limo instead which was not big enough for my wedding party so some of them had to find altern...''
