''Disappointing. The first and only time I've used them I took 7 dress shirts and a pair of pants to be cleaned overnight. I returned to pick them up the next day and they gave me 4 shirts. I asked where the rest of my order was and they said to check back tomorrow. I did, and the next day and the next. After a lot of skirting the issue, they finally admitted to losing my shirts. Ok, that happens. So, as requested I wait 2 weeks to see if anyone returns them as they accidentally got stuck with ano...''
