''My husband and I took the kids down to the beach for the day and ended up staying the night. We rented a room at the oceaneer and after we walked in we walked right back out and got our money back. The ceiling was falling down in the bathroom, there were black mold spots on the tile and it smelled like a strong ''cover-up''. It was scarey to say the least. The service was great though, because they reimbursted us 100%....''

''My family rented a night at another motel and after we walked in we got our money back. We then went to The Golden Sands. For only about $20 more we received a CLEAN, SPACIOUS, and did I forget to mention CLEAN room. It was amazing the difference. The first motel we rented, we didn't even put our bags on the floor before we decided to leave.
I honestly have to say this Motel was a life saver. I am funny about were my kids lay their heads as I hope everyone is. This place was very comfor...''
