Good, cheap beach place

I stayed at this place for two nights in June. It's very clean and appeared to be relatively new. The hotel is not beach front, but only 3 or so blocks away and much cheaper than anything on the beach. There was a fridge in the room, which was nice. I did have to ask for an iron and ironing board, but it was delivered promptly.

Overall good experience - I would recommend it to others.

Will be back

Found the place to be very clean and quiet. If you go for the beach though you must know that you won't see it from this hotel. But of course those hotels on the beach cost much more. I will be back.

What a great decision!

My family and I stayed here Labor Day weekend after a battle with two other nasty hotels and This place was wonderful. They have a free breakfast-Belgian waffles that are delicious, cereals and various muffins and bagels. The pool was very clean and was large. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The only thing I wish it that it were ocean front but I can deal without it since the staff was great and the hotel was immaculate.

I didn't like the fact that there was Roaches in the room in our food. Also the heat went out. We told someone and we was moved to another room. But upon that a family of 4 was beside us with a lot of wild kids and we could not get any sleep. The kids were running up and down the halls and slamming doors. Also someone bought their dog in the room to the 3rd floor and it was barking all loud. SO we just got up and told the manager about it. The manager was nice about it. But the blonde hair lady was very rude. I think that we deserve some of our money back.I also think that Microtel at Kure Beach should enforce there policy more.
