Island of Lights - Light Up The LakeWhen: Friday, November 28, 2008 Where: Carolina Beach Lake Park, Lake Park Blvd (Hwy 421), Carolina Beach, NC 28428 The light up ceremony officially begins the month long Island of Lights Festival. Entertainment is provided by local Boy Scouts and Carolina Beach Elementary School Chorus. Walk one mile around the lake to view lighted displays, caroling and live nativity provided by community groups. Santa to visit celebration.
