I was able to at one point to say that the first visit was the worst but now I can say that the my recent visit was the worst and the last.
The first visit they droped my sons stake in the floor (made an new one) and after waiting over 30 min's for the check we ask to take the left overs home. They threw them away!! Boy was I upset!!!
After that Ms. Ann, very cool person, ALWAYS took GREAT care of us.
Decided to eat there tonight. Ms. Ann wasn't working. I wanted to leave and the wife said stay so we stayed. It was a SEROIUS mistake!! Cold food, poor service to say the least!! Had to ask each time for refills from someone else, asked for the bread and it came out with the meal. Asked for the check and 20 min's later it showed up. Asked to pay and 25 min's later we were finally paying and leaving!! Manager needs to be fired! Kitchen staff needs to be fired!! Wait staff needs to be fired!!
Only reason their still in business is because no one knows from day to day how bad it can be!! Good food sometimes but other than that and Ms. Ann they suck!! | |

We all ordered something different so that we could try a little bit of each. (We actually left with some of the recipes of what we tried) The food was great and the service was exceptional. We went when it wasn't crowded and our waitress made sure we had EVERYTHING we wanted. I can't wait to go back! | |

If you want frozen offerings, DON'T COME HERE! The seafood is cooked to perfection, especially if you prefer moisture in the fried presentations. If you order the ''steamed'' shrimp, remind the server to take it easy. Some folks have a tendency to overcook. Make reservations for Friday and Saturday evenings in the fine dining area or sit out on the waterfront during the fall. A great experience! | |
