Terrible Customer Service - Cancelled Appointment

Salon cancelled on a bride and her bridal party 3 days before the wedding. Showed dreadful customer service and salon owners offered no recourse. BEWARE!

Hairdresser was 20 minutes late for my appointment

Hairdresser was 20 minutes late arriving for my appointment. She was very slow, and my haircut was horriable, color was just OK . Have had a message there, it was very relaxing and I would recommend it. Also, had a facial there, it was done very professionally. Would not recommend hairdressers at this salon.
