Allwell, a collaborative program of Carteret General Hospital and Carteret County Health Department, can help your business promote positive lifestyle change programs for your employees. The Allwell program uses a health risk assessment tool to determine major health factors and works with management to bring about positive change through interventions, such as workshops and activities.
