Golds is way better than any free gym base offers. Not only do they offer tanning, daycare, smoothies, a sauna, eliptical machines, aerobics classes, free weights, great hours of operation and personal trainers, but they are KNOWLEDGABLE! And that's number one to me. Gold's gym is totally worth the money and will gaurantee RESULTS!!!!

High pressure sales techniques turned me against them, I felt like I had a big S on my forehead from the minute I walked in the place. I think she (saleslady/trainer)must have finished first in her Dale Carnegie course, she threw every high pressure sales gimmick known to man at me and when that didn't work she accused me of getting mad at her, that didn't work so she called me names as I was leaving.Things like, you're a mean person, I don't want you here anyway, you're the nastiest person I've ever seen. I just smiled and thank her for her time and left.
