Spanish Mackeral Fishing

Went on a fishing charter and caught lots of spanish mackeral, the thing My dad and I did not like was the captain was impatient with us because we did not know how fish for the mackeral, it's took us awhile to get it down, we did and caught alot of fish. My dad and I would not go back out on this boat because of the way we were treated. I was a very uncomfortable atmosphere for the 1st few hours. We just wanted to have fun and fish but we both did not appreciate they way the captain acted towards us, once we got better at the fishing the captain was ok but in the beginning it was very stressful- I could not recommend this captain to anyone unless they are expert fisherman. My father was calling back home to check on his dog who was put in a kennel for the first time, so granted he was worried, the captain did not like him using the phone on board and said ''we can go back in and you can use your phone all you want, we are here to fish'' I said to the captain, ''he is just worried about his dog'' and then the captain appologized but I am all set, I won't return due to his somewhat rough attitude. The captain is a nice guy, he just needss to have more patience with his customers.

Tour of Crystal Cost around Carteret Co

Went on a two hour tour on the Overtime and had a wounderful time. The Capt realy know the history or the area and we enjoyed seeing the dolphins and the wild ponies and the Cape Lookout Light. We had six in our party and we got our moneys worth.
