The main reason I chose this hotel in the region was because it was pet friendly - and it was very pet friendly ! The staff was extremely warm, friendly and accomodating. The location was ideal - app. 5 mins from the Atlantic beach. The value was unbeatable. I'd do it 10 times over. | |

The breakfast was great. They had all kinds of cereal and pastries. The hotel was so clean. The way everything was placed was perfect. We had plenty of towels. If you forget items like razors, toothbrush, or paste-The hotel will provide you with whatever you forget. My only gripe of the hotel was I felt rushed to check out because the housekeeping lady knocked on our door and asked us were we leaving yet. | |

This place had the most heartwarming staff with an awesome location. the hotel offered many accomidations and led my husband and i to have a wonderful stay!! would love to go to again | |

Holiday Inn Havelock was very clean. The front desk staff was very friendly. I called to confirm my reservation and I had made a small error on the number of people staying and the lady was nice enough to tell me and she adjusted my price to what it should have been so that I would not be over paying. The swimming pool water was extremely clean! I could not believe how blue the water was in my pictures. Even the photo processing lady made a comment on how clean the water was! The parking was convient also. The only down side was that the drink machines was sold out of most of the drinks but that is to be expected when you have more guest! At the time the air condition was broke in the restuarant but they had put up several standing fans to help keep it cool. But it did not stop us from eating there. The plus thing about the restuarant was that kids eat free when dining in the restuarant area. I would surely stay here again. It was not a long drive to the beach either. I would surely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. | |

Hotel needs work to bring it up to the standards of a Holiday Inn. Pretty beat up. The staff was friendly. Location was in a pretty worn down area of town. Side doors did not lock so security was nonexistent. The fitness room equipment needed repair. I would not stay there again | |

The front desk informed us that the room we reserved was not available, so we had to settle for another...breakfast way over-priced for the amount.We requested a wake up call, but never recieved one. | |

The hotel was dirty, the parking lot overgrown with weeds. Not a good experience. Watch out for bugs. | |
