Cape Carteret Aquatics and Wellness Center is a full service gym. Pilate classes, floor aerobic classes, and water aerobic classes are offered in addition to swim lessons and surf lessons. For visitors to the area, the Cape Carteret Aquatics and Wellness Center does offer daily rates. It is open Monday-Friday from 5:30 am until 9:00 pm, on Saturday from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, and on Sunday from 1:00 pm until 6:00 pm. Gymcare day care is available Monday-Friday from 8:00 am-noon & from 4:30 pm-7:30 pm.
