we have had good and bad experiences. We take our dogs there for the routine shots, etc...but if we have a more serious problem, I will usually go to a vet in Morehead...

This place is really good

this place is awesome. they take very good care of my pets. i had my cat stay there for a week and when i went to pick him up he didnt want to leave

I took my dog in for a spay. About 6 hours later I called to see how she was doing. At that time I was informed by whoever answered the phone that my dog died during surgery. It had happened 4 hours earlier. When I asked what happened, I was told by the doctor that I should have spent the extra money and had blood tests done first. She was tring to put the blame on me!
Never will I return and urge others not to take their loved pets there.
