1 Block from the Beach!

I read the reviews (2) back in April of this year and decided to give it a try. We arrived Friday, July 11, for 2 nights and the owners (Frank and Lila) were sitting out front of the office and greeted us with a warm welcome. Our room (#1) was ready, we unpacked the Jeep and heading out for some exploring in and around Atlantic Beach. The Inn is located just 1 block from the beach with public access (parking is available). The one negative came on Sunday when we checked out; chatted with Frank and Lila, and afterward neither one of us wanted to leave. It was really home away from home, very quiet and peaceful. And yes we will be back this year; what a great place to stay!

Frank and Lila are the greatest.

Always the best value and the owners are really great people! always very clean and close to the beach. a very peaceful place to be.

Great place! Great value! Very cozy! Will be back!

I cannot say enough great things about the Sand & Surf Inn. I just stayed there the weekend of July 14th. It was very clean and roomy, but still had that local cozy feel, and only a block from the beach. I fell in love with it, and I will be back soon! The owners were so polite and sweet. The only negative at all I could say is that the AC unit was a bit loud, so bring ear plugs. Other than that, everything was WONDERFUL! Thanks a bunch!
