Bad customer service

I phoned this market 3 weeks ago and requested 3 bushels of oysters. I then phoned them each week asking if we were still on track. they had my name and phone number and knew I was coming from Raleigh. I was told to show up about 11 am on Saturday the 5th to pick up my oysters. At 9 am I phoned them to make sure everthing was ok (after a 3 hour drive to the coast) and they told me ''we have no oysters today'' sighting weather as the cause. They offered no apology or suggestions for help ... Just said we do not have and are not getting any till next week. The least they could have done is phone me and let me know. A simple call to another seafood market up the street yielded a happy and helpful voice that said he had 10 bushels coming in that were caught the day before. This guy offered me a better price and was very helpful. Not sure why they never called me and at least let me know. Maybe they have good seafood but this level of service is not good for me or my business.

The freshest, bar none.

Albeit a limited selection, but what they have is the freshest around. Really, this is the only stuff I found nearby (we were staying in Pine Knoll Shores) that I would feel comfortable serving sashimi style.
