Rude Experience

So my friends and I have a tradition of going to Southport, NC every year for 4th of July. We always stop in Magnolia. Well after last year's experience and this year's, we will no longer be shopping there. For the past two times, the lady behind the counter has been rude to us. I'm guessing she is the owner of the store and she is always there a male. If she was having a bad day last year, that's one thing, but two years in a row is a different story. Her male companion was very friendly and courteous. I purchased something last year and was planning on doing the same this year but did not after seeing the ways she treated one of my friends. My friend purchased a few things, the lady took the things from her, shouted a total, bagged the items and put them back on the counter. Did not say thanks, good bye, have a good day...nothing at all. I put my item I was planning on purchasing back on its shelf. I will not be returning to the store. I appreciate business owners who appreciate me spending my hard earned money in their store.
