I'm Sorry, but.....

I had ordered 2 dozen balloons for my daughter's 1st birthday 2 days before the party. I was told that they would be ready by my noon pickup time on the day of the party. (The party was to start at 2) When I go in, there is one older lady working by herself. (This happened to be her 1st Saturday working by herself) They were extremely busy. To make a long story short, I got my balloons 15 minutes before the party started. I was not pleased at all with this store. Saturdays are usually ''party days''. There should have been someone else in to help this poor woman!!!
