Tried Bart's BBQ last night and am so glad we did! The ribs were the best I've had since moving to North Carolina and some of the best hush puppies I've ever tasted!
If I hadn't been looking for the restaurant I'd have missed it, but the inside was very clean and bright. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly and the value of the meal was good.
I'd like to see more selections for kid's meals, but there are some good choices a la carte.

Now even Better

Was so very disappointed when Joe's BBQ closed a few years ago that when I discovered Barts I was elated. The BBQ is the best in the area and now that they have added Jane's Seafood they have both BBQ & great seafood. Generous portions, friendly service and reasonable prices makes for a perfect choice for a family dinner.

Go to Bart's for some of the best BBQ in the area. The BBQ is top notch. Also try the Brunswick Stew. For desert, nothing tops the banana pudding.

I like Bart's

The food at Bart's is pretty good. I usually am not crazy about barbecue but I LOVE their vinegar sauce, it has a good season to it. Yum. Also the best thing I like about this small restaurant is that it is smoke-free. One of my favorite places to eat because I know people won't be smoking all around me! Their hot dogs are good too.

This is some of the best barbecued ribs you will ever eat. Small friendly Ma and Pa style place that you'll want to go back to. We did.
