I have had Hobb's oversee the rentals and care of my vacation home. They are top notch and keep me in the loop via e-mail if anything is missing, damaged or otherwise or just needs addressing such as replenishing items. In the past before I became a home owner I have rented homes from the other rental companies and found them lacking in many ways so needless to say I was thrilled when we purchased a home Hobb's had overseen. Tiffany his daughter is a great asset to the company and accessible to homeowners as well as renters. Great service & Great family! | |

I must say that Hobbs is our favorite. The moment you walk into their office, it is obvious that their standards are high in their friendly greeting and the quality of service they provide. The ease of using their website is an added plus. I like to have the ability to 'tour' the house on line to see what fits our needs for comfort and amenities. The rental pictures don't do them justice. Except for this year, we have never used the same rental more than once because we want to try them all. The rentals are always nicely appointed, clean and comfortable. Our thanks to the wonderful staff. We always look forward to pulling into their parking lot. Our experience with them, as well as the beauty of the island, bring us back every year! | |

The accomodatons were very good and having the owners using the adjoining unit made for an even greater experience. Michael and Margeret are great people and added to the experience. Recently we decided to visit several houses that looked great from the outside. It was amazing the difference in quality between Hobbs and most of the other homes listed by other companies. Two years ago, due to the fact that Ocean Isle has grown so much, we decided to try Holden Beach and it was like taking a look into the past. The beach is much less crowded than OIB and so serene and peacful, just like we like it. So now Holden Beach is where we want to spend our vacation. Hobbs Realty staff are great and very accomodating...will help any way possible. We love it here!! | |
