We've been visiting the Bookworm for years now, starting back when they were located on the Causeway. It's not nearly as nice now as it used to be. Although they've attempted to divide genres by rooms, the store is horribly disorganized and poorly labeled. I did enjoy the cats!

Look forward to at least 2 visits to the Bookworm every summer. It's a charming setting.

A trip to Holden Beach every summer is not complete without at least one stop at the Bookworm. Great folks. Love the charm of the independent bookseller.

Fantasy for Book Lovers

This is one of my favorite places to visit when I come to Holden Beach. Wonderful helpful staff, plus they have bookstore cats. If you are in need of a good book or a purr from a friendly feline, take a look at this quaint place.
