Served with honey butter, you will be challenged not to fill your self up on them and large glasses of sweet tea and leave enough room for dinner. The fried shrimp were fresh but a little bit greasy. | |

| I guess they do not have enough staff | | By a Guest Reviewer | | Ella's has been a tradition with my family vacation for years but this year something was wrong. I do not know if they have a staff problem or if they are just so busy they can not keep up. The fried shirmp tasted like they had not changed the deep fryer grease in quite a while. The shrimp tasted freezer burned or something. The service was horrible. The place was not full and we had to practically beg for refils from any passing waitress. Our waitress was a young girl with no personality or service skills. I was shocked Ellas has always been our favorite in Calabash | |
